User Agreement

The visitor/user of the Company's pages and services grants his/her consent to the following terms of use, which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photographs and files included in the Company. Therefore, he/she must read these terms carefully before visiting or using the Company's pages and services. If he/she does not agree, then he/she must not use the Company's services and content. The visitor/user is requested to check the content of the specific pages for any changes. The continued use of the Company even after any changes means the unreserved acceptance of these terms by the visitor/user.

Intellectual and industrial property rights
Except for the expressly mentioned exceptions (intellectual property rights of third parties, partners and entities), all the content of the Company, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, the services provided and generally all the files of this site, constitute intellectual property, registered trademarks and service marks of the Company and are protected according to the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Consequently, none of them may be sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished or "downloaded", transmitted or distributed in any way.
The case of the individual storage of a single copy of part of the content on a simple personal computer (electronic computer) for personal and not public or commercial use and without deleting the indication of their origin from the Company, without affecting in any way the relevant intellectual and industrial property rights.
The other products or services mentioned on the electronic pages of this node and bearing the trademarks of the respective organizations, companies, partner organizations, associations or publications, constitute their own intellectual and industrial property and therefore these organizations bear the relevant responsibility.

Visitor / user liability
The visitor / user of the Company's pages and services assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the Company by improper or unfair use of the relevant services.

Limitation of Liability of the Company
Under any circumstances, including negligence, the Company is not liable for any form of damage suffered by the visitor / user of the pages, services, options and contents of the Company which he proceeds on his own initiative and with knowledge of the terms hereof.

The cost of any corrections or services is borne by the visitor / user and in no case by the Company.

Newsletters – Information Bulletins
The newsletters that the visitor/user of the Company’s services receives by subscribing to the mailing lists are the intellectual property of the Company and are therefore protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law and international conventions. The Company reserves the right not to register a person on the mailing lists or to delete him/her from them.

E-Commerce
The Company provides its visitors/users with e-commerce services in accordance with the specific terms and conditions set forth therein and ensures the protection of the personal information submitted for the use of these services. The Company is not responsible for the quality of the goods acquired through the e-commerce services and the transaction is solely between the visitor/user and the company providing the goods or services. Therefore, under no circumstances may the Company be involved in any relevant legal dispute arising from this transaction.

Transaction Security:
All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Credit Card Transaction Security
Our website uses credit card companies for secure online transactions. This way, none of the customers' credit or debit card information is recorded in the website's database. Voting

The Company reserves the exclusive right to collect and exploit these data and the conclusions it leads to constitute its intellectual property. The Company determines the specific terms for participation in the vote and reserves the right to interrupt the vote.

Applicable law and other terms
The above terms and conditions of use of the Company, as well as any amendment, change or alteration thereof, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, the law of the European Union and the relevant international treaties.
Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.
This constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the visitor / user of its pages and services and is binding only on them. No amendment to these terms will be taken into account and will not form part of this agreement, if it has not been formulated in writing and has not been incorporated into it.

Personal Data Protection

The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of the Company's services is subject to the terms of this section as well as to the relevant provisions of the Greek law (Law 2472/1997) on the protection of the individual from the protection of personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000 and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000) and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). These terms are formulated taking into account both the rapid development of technology and in particular the Internet, as well as the existing – although not fully developed – network of legal regulations regarding these issues. Orders via e-commerce
For the use of the Company's e-commerce services, the following information is requested from the visitor/user: Name/Company Name – Address of the natural person/Head office of the company – Postal Code – Telephone – E-mail – fax – VAT number – Tax Office – City – Country – Credit Card details.
The above information is also required for the issuance of the relevant documents (tax) and is kept in the Company's financial file. The Company may use the information referring to the type of goods and services acquired via e-commerce in order to record the purchasing interests of the transacting party and to make new offers, unless the visitor/user of these services requests that such offers not be made. Information concerning the purchasing interests of the visitor/user may never be disclosed to third parties.

Subscription services
For the registration of the visitor / user as a subscriber to some of the Company's services, the following information is requested: Name / Company Name - Address / Business Headquarters - Postal Code - Telephone - E-mail - fax - VAT Number - Tax Office - City - Country - Credit Card Information.
The above information is required for the issuance of the relevant documents (tax), and is kept in the Company's financial file. The Company may use this information to propose new subscription services to the subscriber or for other financial or informational purposes unless the latter does not wish to do so. This information is never disclosed to third parties.

Newsletters
For the registration of the visitor / user in the mailing lists of the Company's Newsletters, the following information is requested:
Name / Company Name - E-mail. The Company may maintain a file with the electronic addresses of the recipients for the purpose of sending other messages of an informative or financial nature in addition to the Newsletters unless the recipient does not wish to do so.

Use of e-mail
In order to grant the visitor/user an e-mail address to access specific services of the Company, the following information is requested: Name/Company Name – Address/Head Office – Postal Code – Telephone – City – Country. This information is never disclosed to third parties, while the owner of the e-mail address must maintain the confidentiality of the password to it and not disclose it to third parties. The Company does not control the content of the e-mail messages sent by visitors/users via the e-mail address provided by the Network. The Company maintains a file with the above e-mail addresses and may send messages of an informative and financial nature to the owners of the e-mail addresses unless the latter do not wish to do so. Each use of the electronic address by its owner is accompanied by an information note informing him about the protection of the data he sends or receives and the handling of related problems.

Advertising
The visitor/user interested in advertising on the Company in order to receive all the necessary information for this purpose must complete the following information in the relevant application: Name/Company Name – Address/Head Office – Telephone – Fax – E-mail – Name of the Person Responsible – City – Country.
The Company is not responsible for the personal data protection policy followed by advertisers on it during their transactions with visitors/users of these services.

Credit Card Details
The use of a Credit Card by the visitor/user to pay for the Company's services/subscriptions is charged only once and only for that specific transaction. Credit card details are not archived and cannot be used for any other purpose.

Cookies
The Company may use cookies to identify the visitor/user of certain services and pages of the Company (e.g. newsletters). Cookies are small text files that are stored on the hard drive of each visitor/user and do not take knowledge of any document or file from their computer. The IP address through which the computer accesses the Internet and subsequently the Company is used exclusively for the collection of statistical data.

Votes
For the visitor/user's participation in a vote conducted by the Company, the following information is requested: Name and surname and, where applicable, other information such as status, age, etc. (depending on the nature of the questions put to the vote). The visitor/user's vote is recorded exclusively for the purpose of drawing conclusions in relation to the position of public opinion on a certain issue and may not be used for any other purpose nor disclosed to third parties.

General terms of protection of personal data
The Company preserves the personal nature of your data and may not transfer them to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason with the exception of relevant provisions of the law and to the competent authorities only.
The Company maintains files with the personal data, which the visitor / user sends exclusively for communication, financial and tax reasons.
The visitor / user may contact the competent department in order to cross-check the existence of the personal file, its correction, its change or its deletion.
Visitors / users of the Company who are minors have access to the Company's services only with the consent of their parents or guardians and are not obliged to submit their personal data. In case of submission of such data by minors, the Company deletes the relevant information.

Customer Identification:
The codes used to identify the user/customer are two:

Encryption:
